MY STORY

Passion for Parkour - Since 2010

Born in Germany.

Raised in Luxembourg

Living in Austria.

Traveling everywhere.


All started as a little kid at school. We seized every opportunity to play 'cops and robbers'. I ran around, tried new things, and tested out my limits. Always trying to create efficient ways to get from one point to another.


Parkour, in particular, came in 2010 when I entered the club 'Parkour Luxembourg'.

But that was an hour's drive and my parents had to sacrifice all their time to drive me around.


Then it was time for a change...

KAIZEN PARKOUR ACADEMY

In 2012 friends created a section named 'Parkour' at the gymnastics Club 'CG Remich'. After 7 years now, we're on our own, have a new hall, and a nice team of coaches.
